The focus of everything that we do at Hobbs is customer service. We are, after all, a service provider - a team of people with the aim of providing contract print services to our large and loyal customer base. Our customer services team is led by Colin Richardson, who works closely with our Account Managers in particular.
They are the 'eyes and ears' for their named customers ensuring that the jobs go through the factory on time and to budget.
As a demonstration of our commitment to customer
service, the account management team has been further
augmented by the appointment of Jane Wells in May 2007.
Jane brings with her 15 years of account management
experience in our industry and has fitted well into the
team, supporting the account managers in their proactive
work with our customers.

NVQ-uality
The desire to be the best service provider in our
market sector has spurred on even more of our customer
service and management teams to take the challenge of
the externally assessed NVQ qualifications.
Congratulations to Russell Hack, Sylvia
Beecham, Colin Richardson, Paul Smart, Nicola Chambers
and Danny Adams who have all
achieved recognition in attaining their NVQ Level 4 in
Operational Management. Also, directors Graham Bromley
and Terry Ozanne have successfully gained qualification
at NVQ level 5 in strategic management.
We still have more members of our management team
studying towards qualification at NVQ level 4 in
operational management and another strand of customer
focused team members (account managers and sales staff)
who are qualified or working to their Customer Service
NVQ Level 3 qualification, as this focus is an ongoing
commitment to improve the quality of our service
year-on-year. We aim to be totally professional in the
way we manage customers' work when it is in our care.
